About me
I started in recruitment coordination at HTA Products, then spent time in marketing and in technical sourcing at Scale Without Borders before returning to coordination at Amazon and Databricks.
At Nscale I helped launch GoodTime from the ground up, and I train and onboard team members and build the AI-assisted workflows and documentation that keep the process efficient. I enjoy the operational side of recruiting: clear processes, quick turnaround, and a good experience for every candidate and hiring team.
